Candle in a porcelain cup with an origami puppy decorated with minerals

Origami that won't get crushed! Because it's not made of paper...

  • porcelain cup decorated with a two-colored origami puppy
  • the most common inspiration for origami creations are animals and flowers
  • the history of origami dates back to the 9th century, when Shinto shrines were decorated with them
  • I filled the cup with pure soy wax without dyes or fragrance
  • I complemented the candle with beautifully colored minerals

 

About porcelain:

  • the volume of the cup is 250 ml and the diameter is 8 cm
  • the cup is from the Czech porcelain factory in Dubí near Teplice
  • the porcelain is hand-decorated with porcelain decals, which were fired in a ceramic kiln at 820 °C
  • you can safely wash porcelain in the dishwasher. The decorations on the cup are very durable
  • use in the microwave oven is a matter of course
  • the candle in the cup is packaged in a gift box

About candles:

  • the candle is made of soy wax and is not scented
  • it contains no animal products, palm wax, or any pesticides, herbicides, and toxic materials
  • it does not emit any harmful substances when burning, and its burning time is up to 50% longer than paraffin candles
  • old or partially used candles can be remelted, and the wax can be reused
  • after the candle burns out, you can continue to use the cup as a small vase after thorough washing
  • I also offer the service "Candles without packaging". For a fee, I will clean the cup after the candle burns out and refill it with wax and a wick, thus creating an "infinite candle"
 

About minerals:

  • I complemented the candle with beautifully coordinated minerals
  • after the candle burns out, you can use them as a beautiful decoration
  • the largest mineral is rose quartz
  • rose quartz is a stone of selfless love, it awakens feelings, friendship, and gentleness in us
  • it deepens our receptiveness to art, which awakens our imagination, creativity, and inspiration

About porcelain decals:

  • porcelain decals are reproductions of my computer graphics, where I tried to capture the 3D spirit of origami in 2D using different colors
  • the decals are applied to the porcelain by hand, so the position of the images may differ slightly from the photo
  • the decals are produced by a specialized Czech company and are high quality and durable
