Hand-painted folding "sensu" fabric fan "Totoro"

• I painted the forest spirit Totoro and soot sprites on the fan
• the pictures are from the immensely popular animated film My Neighbor Totoro by Studio Ghibli

About folding "sensu" fans:

• the unfolded fan is approximately 38 cm wide
• the fan has a carved bamboo frame covered with fabric (polyester)
• I hand-painted the motif on the fan with fabric paints
  
• the fan is compact, you can easily take it in your handbag and have it on hand anytime 
• because the fan is fabric, not paper, it folds and unfolds well, and you don't have to worry about it creasing with handling

• I hand-paint on fans, so each product is original 
• the resulting image may differ slightly from the photograph 
• I paint with special fabric paints
