"Origami Dragon" decorative plate set

The plates have diameters of 19 cm and 24 cm.

The porcelain is not new. It was manufactured by J. Maier and Sons porcelain factory in Božíčany. The mark found on the bottom of the plates was used from the second half of 1939 until April 1945. The porcelain factory was located in territory annexed to Germany (after which the same mark can be found but with the subtitle Made in Germany). Thus, the porcelain is most likely almost 80 years old.

The porcelain is decorated with original graphics, which were fired in a ceramic kiln at 800 °C.

Due to the silver stripe and the age of the porcelain, I do not recommend washing it in a dishwasher.

I sell the products as "DECORATIVE ITEMS" because Czech legislation does not allow such renovated products to be sold as products intended for food contact.
