Porcelain origami crane for hanging with a motif of blooming cherry blossoms

• I painted blooming cherry blossoms on the porcelain crane.
• In Japan, the blooming cherry blossom festival called hanami is celebrated in spring.
• The rain of falling pink blossoms symbolizes the transience of human life in Japan.

About porcelain ornaments:

• the wingspan of the crane is approx. 8 cm
  
• the porcelain is from a Czech porcelain factory in Dubí near Teplice
• this crane is designed for hanging (I also have a crane without a hole, which serves as a standing decoration)
• I hand-painted the motif on the crane with glass paints that were fired at 160 °C.
  
• thanks to heat fixing, the paints are waterproof
• the paints are also scratch-resistant with normal use (but it's better to avoid scouring pads for cleaning :))
• I complemented the metal components made of surgical steel with a colored satin ribbon.
• the crane is packaged in a gift box

About hand painting:

• I hand paint on jewelry, which is why each product is an original.
• the resulting image may differ slightly from the photo.
• I paint with special paints for glass and porcelain, which are very durable after heat fixing.
