Porcelain origami crane for hanging with a spider lily motif

Let your home glow with an autumn mood!

• I painted a spider lily on the porcelain crane
• in Japanese mythology, spider lilies "accompany the dead" and are a reminder of impermanence

About the porcelain ornaments:

• the crane's wingspan is approximately 8 cm
  
• the porcelain is from the Czech porcelain factory in Dubí u Teplic
• this crane is designed for hanging (I also have a crane without a hole, which serves as a standing decoration)
• I hand-painted the motif on the crane with glass paints, which were fired at 160 °C
  
• the paints are waterproof thanks to heat fixation
• the paints are also scratch-resistant with normal use (but it's better to avoid using a scouring pad for cleaning :))
• I supplemented the metal components made of surgical steel with a colored satin ribbon
• the crane is packed in a gift box

About hand-painting:

• I hand-paint on jewelry, so each product is original
• the resulting image may differ slightly from the photograph
• I paint with special glass and porcelain paints that are very durable after heat fixation

• the collection is inspired by Japanese maples, chrysanthemums, ginkgo leaves, and spider lilies, which adorn every autumn park in Japan
