• I painted bamboos on the glass earrings
• bamboo is part of various Japanese festivals such as Tanabata
• in Japan, it is believed that bamboo groves ward off evil spirits and bring good luck
• the depiction of bamboo is a very popular motif in Japanese painting

About glass jewelry:

• the glass bead is 12 mm long
• the bead was made in the traditional way in Jablonec nad Nisou
• I hand-painted the motif on the earrings with glass paints that were fired at 160 °C
  
• you can safely even bathe with the earrings. Thanks to heat fixation, the colors are waterproof
• the colors are also scratch-resistant with normal use (but it's better to skip using a scourer for cleaning :))
• the earring clasp is made of surgical steel and is mechanical (snap-closure) for greater security
• the jewelry is packaged in a gift box

About painting on jewelry:

• I hand-paint on jewelry, which is why each product is an original
• the resulting image may differ slightly from the photograph
• I paint with special glass and porcelain paints, which are very durable after heat fixation
