"Totoro" glass necklace

Glass necklace with small Totoro

Brighten up your home with cute Japanese forest spirits!

• I painted a small forest spirit Totoro on a glass necklace
• the images are from the immensely popular animated film My Neighbor Totoro by Studio Ghibli
  

About glass jewelry:

• the glass necklace is 18 mm high
• the bead was made in the traditional way in Jablonec nad Nisou
• I hand-painted the motif on the necklace with glass paints that were fired at 160 °C
  
• you can even bathe with the jewelry without worries. Thanks to heat fixing, the colors are waterproof
• the colors are also scratch-resistant with normal use (but it's better to skip the scourer for cleaning :))
• metal components are made of surgical steel and the chain is approx. 50 cm long
• the jewelry is packaged in a gift box

About painting on jewelry:

• I hand-paint on jewelry, so each product is original
• the resulting image may differ slightly from the photograph
• I paint with special glass and porcelain paints that are very durable after heat fixing
