Ceramic earrings with blossoming sakura

• I painted pink sakura blossoms on the ceramic earrings
• in Japan, the festival of blooming sakura called hanami is celebrated in spring
• the rain of falling pink blossoms symbolizes the transience of human life in Japan

About ceramic jewelry:

• the diameter of the ceramic ornament is 18 mm
• all ceramic components were handmade according to my design in a family pottery workshop in Bořice u Domažlic
• I hand-painted the motif on the earrings with ceramic paints, which were fired at 160 °C
  
• you can even bathe with the earrings without worries. The colors are waterproof due to heat fixation
• the colors are also scratch-resistant with normal use (but it's better to skip the scourer for cleaning :))
• the earring clasps are made of surgical steel and are mechanical (snap-closure) for greater safety
• the jewelry is packaged in a gift box

About jewelry painting:

• I hand-paint on jewelry, so each product is original 
• the resulting image may differ slightly from the photo 
• I use special paints for glass and porcelain, which are very durable after heat setting
