• The Three Friends of Winter is a popular East Asian motif representing three plants – bamboo, pine, and plum
• In Japan, it is associated with New Year celebrations
• These plants are valued in Japanese culture for their resilience to cold and symbolize perseverance, determination, and indomitable spirit

About the boxes:

• I had the wooden box custom-made so that your chopsticks and chopstick rests (hashioki) fit comfortably inside
• The dimensions of the box are 26.5 x 16 x 3 cm
• The box features an "invisible" magnetic closure on the outside
• The inner divider is removable, so you can use the box in various ways
• The wooden box was made in the Czech Republic

About the stickers:

• I used stickers to decorate the box, which are notable for their vibrant colors and high durability
• The stickers feature reproductions of my pen drawings and acrylic paintings
• The stickers are UV resistant
• The stickers also have a slight 3D effect
• The stickers were made in the Czech Republic

About wood decoration:

• I hand-decorated the clean wooden boxes with special stickers featuring reproductions of my illustrations
• There is a large image on the lid of the box, and a smaller one on the inside of the lid
• I then finished the boxes, including the stickers, with a silicon-acrylate matte varnish certified for contact with drinking water and food
